Returns

We accept returns within 14 days of your delivery date. To be eligible:

  • Item must be unused, unworn, and in its original packaging
  • Tags and hygiene seals (if applicable) must remain intact
  • Return request must be initiated within 14 days of receiving your order

To start a return, please contact us at support@rebellecouture.beauty with your order number and reason for return. We’ll provide step-by-step instructions and the return address.

Note: We do not accept returns on used, customized, or clearance items.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • If approved, your refund will be processed within 3–5 business days
  • Refunds are issued to your original payment method
  • Shipping fees are non-refundable

Exchanges

For hygiene reasons, we do not offer direct exchanges.
If you’d like a different item, please return the original and place a new order.

Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect
  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure safe delivery of your return

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
Include photos and a brief description, and we’ll resolve the issue promptly.
